Who we are
Argix ("we", "us") provides custom software development, AI and cybersecurity services, with offices in Islamabad, Pakistan and Ottawa, Canada. You can reach us at info@argix.net.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, work email address, phone number, company and the message you write. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare proposals and follow up on projects you ask us about.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and where the law requires it.
Service providers
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by a form-handling service, which processes them only to pass them to our inbox. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp, a Meta service, under its own privacy policy. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversations, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at info@argix.net.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
